Biography
I am a researcher specializing in international trade with a focus on US-Canada economic relations and the political and economic consequences of the global shift away from free trade. My work combines a background in quantitative economics with advanced data analytics to examine how geopolitical change, protectionism, and trade narratives shape global economic dynamics.
Currently, I work as a Research Manager at the University of Calgary School of Public Policy. I am also a Senior Researcher at the Media Ecosystem Observatory and a Fellow at the Central European Institute of Asian Studies (CEIAS). In addition to contributing regularly to national media coverage on trade and US-Canada relations, I advise government and private-sector clients on navigating current trade tensions and uncertainty.
